After working with the LeoRover for three weeks the CREC team finally named their bot. The name is spelt Rhauquiste and pronounced “Ra-kwee-s”.
This is the LeoRover that we we’re so graciously gifted by an alumn of the mechatronics program here at CSUCI.
I founded CREC in the fall semester of 2021 on a whim because I had an idea and wanted to bring it to fruition. It was pretty unsuccessful for the first year as covid was still prevalent on campus. This fall 2022 semester has been major for CREC because we recruited some members who are just as excited as I am to make this idea work and come to life!
