We wanted our team name to reflect what we would be doing throughout our capstone project. By combining our focus county, topic of research, and what we’d be doing with such data we came up with Ventura County Quality Crunchers!
Every Monday from 3pm to 6pm Kayla and I attend our capstone class, lead by Dr. Sean Anderson and Dr. Dan Reineman of the CSUCI Environmental Science Resource Management program. We have also been holding team meetings outside of class to discuss our Capstone project and what that will look like for us next semester; i.e. research questions, hypotheses, methods, data collection and required equipment. In general, our topic regards Air Quality Monitoring in Ventura County.
